Why hello there!
If you went this extra mile just to read about me I need to step up!
So, if, like me, you find yourself wondering where those random headaches come from or which food ingredients caused that bloating the other day? And what about exercising to increase your productivity or being a couch potato works just as well? Problems like these can be easily solved with Feelsome in your life! <3

TRACK YOU DAILY ROUTINES:
FOOD - You’re what you eat they say, so I’m probably a pizza (shrug). But what about you? I bet you heard something about keeping a food diary in order to make better choices, eat more greens and feel better. So what if I tell you, that you can do it just by simply chatting with me? I’ll make sure to track your every meal, whether it was just a snack, a kale smoothie or a proper dinner (I'm starting to drool).
HEALTH - Your body's a wonderland... (music in the background). Anyway...Who wants to live a healthy life? You do! By simply tracking your health symptoms you can easily find patterns and even causes which will help you to take charge and improve your health (I sound like a real pro, right?) So, whether it’s an irritating headache, constant bloating or an increased heart rate, just tell me and I will make sure to keep notes on your health symptoms and the intensity of it (I promise!)
SLEEP - Don’t know about you, but without a good night's sleep, I feel like I can’t even human today (eyes begin to water). For some, it’s all about the duration, for others - it’s just the quality of sleep, but at the end of the day, the way you feel, means the most! I will make sure to ask you every day, how did you sleep, how long did it last and how did you feel after waking up. I hope the answer will be - great! (this is me, being enthusiastic)
FITNESS - FYI exercising it’s not only about losing weight, staying in shape or building strength - it’s about feeling happier, getting an energy boost, and lowering your stress levels. So….Tell me about your exercise and prepare to be blown away by the effects it will have on your daily life (hulk sound). Just in case - a long walk counts as well! (wink)
MOOD - And now, some #positivevibes (lol) I’ve heard that being happy may have major benefits to your health (and also being healthy can make you feel happier) Either way… I’ve noticed that I’m getting angry when I’m skipping my lunch and that I’m usually a lot more productive when I’m feeling great! You can find out your own patterns and interesting insights just by simply tracking your mood (woohoo).
P.S. You’ll want to introduce me to your family, cause I’m a whole package! (double wink) The list continues with the possibility to track your daily water intakes, those cups of coffee you had, variety of snacks, bottles of kombucha or any other beverage you enjoy and of course how without a dessert <3
