The newly introduced Custom font function from iOS 13 and iPad OS 13 is a feature that must be supported by the developer of the App you are using. If SandollCloud's font cannot be applied to the App you are using, it is because the developer of the App does not support iOS and iPad OS font functions.

[Subscription Info]
- Subscription will be done by your Apple ID.
- You can cancel your subscription via Settings - Account - Subscription.
- Even if you cancel your subscription, your product will be valid before the renewal period.
- Your Apple subscription won’t be canceled even if you withdraw SandollCloud’s membership or delete the App.
- Your subscription will be renewed unless the subscription is canceled at least 24hours before the renewal date.
- For Inquiries for iOS purchases(Duplicated purchase, Refund, Unavailable license after purchase, and others), please contact Apple Customer Center.
- The refund for the remaining period of your subscription is unavailable.
- Your rights for the license expired works can be protected by SandollCloud’s certificate of authenticity. SandollCloud provides the certificate of authenticity to certify all creativities created during the license period with certification and certifying banners. You can check, print and store all font certifications classified under licenses at SandollCloud’s website > My page > License Management.
