Customer Relation Management app where Leads can be created keep the track of Activities with Customers. In this app Users add Leads as their Opportunities then after that Users can Perform Activities in the Opportunity Tab Like If User called the Customer or had a meeting with them then He can Perform Activity by submitting the form. User Can also view the the Previous Activities in History Tab of Each Opportunity. He can Also Edit the general Information, He can Also add Attachments from device, Click photos to attach and can also record voice to attach.
Customer Relation Management and Accounts of this app will be created In SAP B1 it is an Add-On We have integrated SAP B1 on backend to use CRM Module of SAP B1 .
